  2. Online tool a necessary evil – a demanding and unyielding taskmistress that needed feeding – but also helped give structure to ideas and projects • Could definitely be more responsive and user friendly (and shorter!)

  3. Time, Time, Time • When people were given time and support, creative, important and interesting work got done • Need to keeping working on processes for cross unit collaboration • ? SFHC/MFP retreat

  4. The audit and report said as much about the reviewers as about the unit • The year’s process far more helpful than the “report card” • e.g. MFP Newsletter/SFHC Medication Review • Biggest benefit: Increase in everyone’s trust and confidence that things will change/happen as a result of their own effort and interest – not someone else’s job
