  2. 你为什麽藐视耶和华的命令,行他眼中看为恶的事呢?你借亚扪人的刀杀害赫人乌利亚,又娶了他的妻为妻。 Why did you despise the word of the LORD by doing what is evil in his eyes? You struck down Uriah the Hittite with the sword and took his wife to be your own. You killed him with the sword of the Ammonites. 撒下 II Sam 12:9

  3. 故事开始The beginning of the story • 一日,太阳平西,大卫从床上起来,在王宫的平顶上游行,看见一个妇人沐浴,容貌甚美。One evening David got up from his bed and walked around on the roof of the palace. From the roof he saw a woman bathing. The woman was very beautiful. 撒下II Sam 11:2

  4. 留心大卫的光景Pay attention to David’s situation • 他应该在前线,却留在京城。He should be at the front line, but he stayed in Jerusalem. • 独处的时候。He was alone. • 睡到太阳平西。Slept until evening. • 松懈时容易犯罪。Easy to sin when we are relaxed.

  5. 犯罪 Committing a sin • 第一眼不是罪。First sight is not a sin. • 第二眼就是罪。Second sight is a sin. • 第一眼的防备。Defense at the first sight. • 我怎能作这大恶,得罪神呢?How then could I do such a wicked thing and sin against God? 创Gen 39:9

  6. 大卫做的远超过第二眼。What David did was far beyond the second sight. • 大卫犯了奸淫的罪。David committed a sin of adultery.

  7. 她怀孕了She is Pregnant! • 拔示巴的生理不正常?Abnormal physiology of Bathsheba? • 妇人的洁净。Cleansing of a woman. • 七天。Seven days. 利Lev 15:19

  8. 大卫的反应The reaction of David • 大卫差人到约押那里,说:「你打发赫人乌利亚到我这里来。」约押就打发乌利亚去见大卫。So David sent this word to Joab: “Send me Uriah the Hittite.” And Joab sent him to David. 撒下II Sam 11:6 • 乌利亚在前线作战,莫名其妙的被叫回。Uriah was fighting at the front line, but was called back without a reason.

  9. 大卫的诡计A crafty plot of David • 希望乌利亚与妻子同房,就不会怀疑这孩子不是他的。Hoping Uriah will have sex with his wife and would not suspect that the child was not his. • 没想到乌利亚拒绝回家。Unexpectedly, Uriah refused to go home.

  10. 大卫还把他灌醉,希望他回家。Davideven had him drunk, hoping he would go home. • 乌利亚还是没有回家。Uriah still did not go home. • 大卫从第二个罪,走向第三个罪。David moved from the second to the third sin.

  11. 第三个罪 The third sin • 信内写著说:「要派乌利亚前进,到阵势极险之处,你们便退後,使他被杀。」In it he wrote, “Put Uriah out in front where the fighting is fiercest. Then withdraw from him so he will be struck down and die.” 撒下II Sam 11:15 • 乌利亚果然殉国。Sure enough, Uriah got killed.

  12. 憨厚的乌利亚Simple and honest Uriah • 乌利亚对大卫说:「约柜和以色列与犹大兵都住在棚里,我主约押和我主的仆人都在田野安营,我岂可回家吃喝、与妻子同寝呢?我敢在王面前起誓:我决不行这事!」 Uriah said to David, “The ark and Israel and Judah are staying in tents, and my commander Joab and my lord‘s men are camped in the open country. How could I go to my house to eat and drink and make love to my wife? As surely as you live, I will not do such a thing!” 撒下II Sam 11:11

  13. 约押围城的时候,知道敌人那里有勇士,便将乌利亚派在那里。So while Joab had the city under siege, he put Uriah at a place where he knew the strongest defenders were. 撒下II Sam 11:16 • 乌利亚没有不去,果然送死。Uriah did not refuse and he died. • 上帝为什么没有救乌利亚?Why didn’t God save Uriah?

  14. 约押的报告Report of Joab • 你把争战的一切事对王说完了, 王若发怒,问你说 … When you have finished giving the king this account of the battle, the king‘s anger may flare up, and he may ask you … 撒下II Sam 11:19-20 • 王的仆人赫人乌利亚也死了。Moreover, your servant Uriah the Hittite is dead. 撒下II Sam 11:21

  15. 大卫假惺惺 David unctuously pretended • 王向使者说:「你告诉约押说:『不要因这事愁闷,刀剑或吞灭这人或吞灭那人,没有一定的;你只管竭力攻城,将城倾覆。』可以用这话勉励约押。」David told the messenger, “Say this to Joab: ‘Don’t let this upset you; the sword devours one as well as another. Press the attack against the city and destroy it.‘ Say this to encourage Joab.” 撒下II Sam 11:25

  16. 君臣演戏。The king and the general played the show together. • 这是第四个罪。This is the fourth sin. • 有一个共犯。There was a co-conspirator. • 约押的下场也不好。The future of Joab was not good either. • 被所罗门王处死。He was killed by King Solomon. 王上I Kings 2:34

  17. 哀哭的日子过了,大卫差人将他接到宫里,他就作了大卫的妻,给大卫生了一个儿子。After the time of mourning was over, David had her brought to his house, and she became his wife and bore him a son. 撒下II Sam 11:27 • 还把拔示巴娶过来。He even married Bathsheba. • 继续犯罪。The sin continued.

  18. 神不知鬼不觉 No one knew? • 当然不是。Of course not. • 但大卫所行的这事,耶和华甚不喜悦。But the thing David had done displeased the LORD. 撒下II Sam 11:27 • 审判要来了。Judgment is coming.

  19. 你为什麽藐视耶和华的命令,行他眼中看为恶的事呢?你借亚扪人的刀杀害赫人乌利亚,又娶了他的妻为妻。 Why did you despise the word of the LORD by doing what is evil in his eyes? You struck down Uriah the Hittite with the sword and took his wife to be your own. You killed him with the sword of the Ammonites. 撒下 II Sam 12:9

  20. 藐视耶和华的命令Despise the word of the LORD • 不可杀人。You shall not murder. 出Exo 20:13 • 不可奸淫。You shall not commit adultery. 出Exo 20:14 • 也不可贪恋人的妻子。 You shall not covet your neighbor's wife. 出Exo20:17

  21. 悔改不迟 Never too late to repent • (大卫与拔示巴同室以後,先知拿单来见他;他作这诗,交与伶长。)神啊,求你按你的慈爱怜恤我!按你丰盛的慈悲涂抹我的过犯!For the director of music. A psalm of David. When the prophet Nathan came to him after David had committed adultery with Bathsheba. Have mercy on me, O God, according to your unfailing love; according to your great compassion blot out my transgressions. 诗Psa 51:1

  22. 行淫的妇人The woman who committed adultery • 耶稣说:「我也不定你的罪。去吧,从此不要再犯罪了!」“Then neither do I condemn you,” Jesus declared. “Go now and leave your life of sin.” 约John 8:11 • 耶稣带着她的罪上了十字架。Jesus carried her sin in the cross.

  23. 今天的功课 Today’s lesson • 松懈时容易犯罪。Easy to sin when we are relaxed. • 赶紧认罪。用罪遮掩罪,越陷越深。Hurry to repent. Using a sin to cover another sin can only lead to a deeper trench. • 上帝知道一切,祂必定审判。God knows everything. He will judge.
