Company Information • Opened April 1981 – greenfield site. • 2014 Global Turnover $2.8 billion. • Philosophy high volume, low cost, high quality & on-time delivery. • 100% Export – EMA 92%, Asia Pacific 6%, Americas 2% • Production level is currently 51 trucks / day (28 ICE & 23 ER) • Operate dayshift, 2 & 3 shift patterns, 5 days per week. • Present workforce approx. 575 Employees on site • Average age of Workforce 46 years • Average service 17 years (62 people with over 30 years service) • In business for 35 years and have built over 400,000 Forklift trucks

Why Train “Train people and they leave “– low risk. “Don’t Train people and they stay“ – high risk 50 Craigavon Employees joined our CDS and gained a recognised qualification from L2-L7 - only 1 x Employee left (2% risk of leaving ) But if we did not train these 50 Employees and they remained (100% risk to personal and business progress ) Q. Which would you prefer ? 2% risk of employees leaving or 98% assured investment in your people and the business
