Crop Production • Seeds and plants must be certified by EU organic food label • No GMO • The fertility and the activity of the ground must be maintained or increased by crop rotation, green manure, recycling, or composting • Only fertilizers which are not coming from cattle industry are allowed

Livestock • Animals must have been born in the farm or come from an otherorganicfarm • Enclosedbreeding is forbidden • The choice of species must be adapted to the local environment • Force feeding is forbidden • Young animals must be fed with maternal or naturalmilk • Animals must have access to the air, the light and the living space to move freely • No GMO food
