  1. OPEN BOOK EXERCISE: RELIEVE SHOULDER PAIN AND IMPROVE MOBILITY Some moderate exercises can really provide you relief from shoulder pain. One such effective exercise is the open book exercise. If done correctly, this exercise can offer you ease while improving your shoulder mobility. This exercise works as opening and widening a book. When performing this exercise, your arms and legs should both be bent and stacked when you are lying on your side. Then, when you raise the upper arm toward the ceiling and let your attention follow it, you'll open the book. Later, as you try to lower that arm toward the earth, you'll further widen your look. If you can't reach the ground, just extend your arm as far as you can and hang there as gravity slowly lowers it. Next, open the book, then close it as you bring your arm back to the starting position. You'll feel a stretch through the front of the shoulder and the elbow as you allow the arm to float down slowly. Endnote Experts mostly suggest open book exercise to reduce the pain and improve your shoulder's flexibility. But, before beginning this, talk to healthcare providers to be sure it's the perfect fit for you. Get in touch with the physicians of Chicago Sports & Spine to get the advice of experts.
