Commercial & Industrial Custom Rebate • To address efficiency improvements not currently covered by a commercial Smart Energy program. • Pays a rebate based solely on demand reduction. • $500 per kW saved. • Comparable to the commercial lighting rebates. • Requires before and after information on the efficiency change. • Wind Utility Consulting estimated a custom rebate program would produce a BC ratio of 4.7:1. • Like other programs would like to go back to January 1, 2009 for participation.
