Bullying appears to be widespread in schools in every country studying the problem.. . Adults are often unaware of bullying problems.. Limber, 2002; Charach et al, 1995. Students often feel that adult intervention is infrequent and unhelpful and they often fear that telling adults will only bring more harassment from bullies. .

    4. Students often feel that adult intervention is infrequent and unhelpful and they often fear that telling adults will only bring more harassment from bullies.

    5. Staff Code of Conduct - Reason Staff behavior has a profound effect on students. Students notice how staff members talk to each other, what they do or fail to do when other staff are disrespectful (to staff or students) and inequalities in their treatment of students.
