FOR ALL PATIENTS: 5At least five fruits and vegetables a day. 2  Spend two hours or less a day in front of a TV, computers, video games. 1One hour of physical activity or exercise every day. 0 No soda, sports drinks or fruit drinks that are high in sugar. Drink water and three to four cups of low fat milk per day.
