Among the noteworthy achievements of Christopher Hsu was the $1.8 billion buyout of Spreadtrum Communications by Tsinghua University, led by Mr. Hsu and Kilometre Capital. Mr. Chris Hsu also drove and orchestrated Tsinghua University in its landmark acquisition of 51% of H3C and Hewlett Packard China. The latter was a $4.6 billion transaction for the leading internet, data storage, and network equipment business of HP in China. The deal was one of the most crucial joint ventures in the history of the US-China technology universe.
