  2. Identifying the pointers that hinder your emotional growth is the very basic step toward healing for damaged emotions. Even if the sufferer thinks emotional healing is impossible, the restoration may take time, but it is totally practical.

  3. ADOPT YOURSELF Identify who you are as a person and what your choices are, and follow them. Eat the food you like, wear the clothes you prefer; be yourself.

  4. INVENT THE NEW VERSION Vision your perfect self and observe how it is different from the current self. Recognize what the necessary steps you need to take to achieve your better version.

  5. PRACTICE SELF-LOVE Observe yourself and see the things you can be grateful for. You have a functioning body, beautiful face, you have no disease, your hair color is great, your eyes can see the world, you can breathe.

  6. IDENTIFY THE LOOPHOLES Do you feel stuck in a job? If yes, then find a better place to work and ditch that job. Do you have a friendship that sucks on your positivity? Well, ditch that too. Identify all the things that are making more harm than good, and clear them out of your life.

  7. TWEAK YOUR PERSONALITY Compare your current version with the one you want to cherish and make the upgrades accordingly. Focus on one thing at a time, and implement the nice qualities into your persona.
