Plant Science Cyberinfrastructure Collaborative: Advancing Computational Solutions for Plant Biology

The Plant Science Cyberinfrastructure Collaborative (PSCIC) aims to develop a unified center for computational thinking in biology, focusing on grand challenge questions in plant science. By catalyzing new synthesis through interdisciplinary collaborations, the PSCIC will enable creative solutions and advance the integration of diverse and large-scale genomic data. The collaborative will also prepare the next generation of scientists and lead in outreach efforts to maximize the benefit for researchers at universities, undergraduate institutions, and community colleges.
