  2. INTRODUCTION • Odoo 13 introduce a new Sign module to manage document signing, sending and approve online. • Sign module is fast and convenient mode of document handling.

  3. Install the Sign module from app store.

  4. While opening the module we can see all the document within the module from dashboard.

  5. We can send, sign, share the document templates from the dashboard itself. • We can see the date and time of document creation. • By clicking the star button we can simply add this to our favorites.

  6. The dashboard itself have a filter option to easily identify the documents.

  7. Let's look at how to create a document template. • Click Upload A PDF Template button.

  8. Select the pdf document.

  9. Now we can customize the layout out the document by adding different options by drag and drop.

  10. We just added two signature fields into the template.

  11. We can send this document to customer by clicking Send button.

  12. Compose the mail and click send button.

  13. So you can see that the document need two signatures.

  14. By clicking Sign Now button from template a popup window will open there you can provide the detail and click Sign Now button.

  15. The click Click To Start button to write your signature.

  16. By clicking the signature field you can write your signature. • You have 3 options process signature (Draw,Auto,Load).After that click Adopt and Sign button.

  17. After validating the signature you can see the next signature person.

  18. As in the same way process next signature and validate it. • Now you can see a message to indicating the signature are saved. • Click Return to Templates to return.

  19. From the Signature menu you can see the documents according to their stages.

  20. Under the Configuration -> Role one can create different roles. • Roles can be used while adding options to the template.
