  4. Achievements / Highlights for the week • Attended the following meetings: • IM Manco, PfM forum, Freightware steerco, productivity and efficiency meeting

  5. Pressing Issues / Challenges for the week • Freightware Upgrade project – Tender committee meeting was cancelled. Therefore there’s delays in ensuring that dovetail gets paid on time for the maintenance and hardware contract. • Hyperwave project - Requested resources to assist with execution of the project as RR doesn’t have in-house skill to do the analysis and clean-up work on RR hyperwave. Leanne is not available. Asked Phineas Diale for resources. • Issue with getting base rates for procurement to start the process to get IM professional services for project manager and business analyst.

  6. Plans for the week ahead • Escalate Freightware project . • Start new projects – • antivirus • Complete presentation for CFO – Benefit Realisation Plan.
