The lst two yers he spent "doubling down" on building the compny, both within its own people nd cross the now 84 countries where it hs  presence. This ws the yer Toepke plnned to ocus on the Tmp By region. Erlier this yer, Triect opened  $3 million, 30,000-squre-oot cility in Oldsmr. It's obviously very unortunte people hve lost their jobs, but in our compny tht is economiclly nd ?nncilly strong, the qulity o tlent tht's become vilble hs incresed." Triect Networks is n IT solutions provider tht covers the entire lie cycle: procuring preowned hrdwre, distributing it cross the world, mintining it nd when it comes time, repurposing or recycling the hrdwre. Attention is rising more thn ever towrd IT, cybersecurity nd technology solutions, t  time when the mjority o Americns re working remotely. Toepke believes his compny cn come out on top in Tmp By, but wnts to keep it under his jurisdiction. "We're constntly being pproched by compnies o?ering us money or o?ering to put us in  lrger orgniztion," he sid. "But I didn’t buy  compny to sell it. I wnt it to be something I run or decdes nd mybe even one o my own children cn run it one dy." When Toepke bought the compny or n undisclosed mount, he did not inherit the locl customers cross the Tmp By re. "I think I cn double or even triple the customers i we just ocus on the locl mrket, which is Tmp By, Interstte 4 nd down to Srsot," he sid. "We elt n opportunity; it didn’t hppen s quickly s I wnted to but it strted to mterilize in  big wy. Beore Covid-19, we were up 50 percent thn lst yer." The compny incresed its workorce by 10 percent in Q2 nd plns to hire  dozen more employees by the end o the yer. The compny lso hs  stellite o?ce in Syrcuse, New York.
