  7. HouseKeeping • Complete and Send a draft home before conference • Make Sure All students on Roster are on IIEP Caseload • Check Eligibility and Make sure it Matches Roster • Contact Assistant Director (AD) if you have Questions • Complete Deletion Form if needed

  8. paperless Data Card in Place of Hard Copy • Data Card located on HMSE Website • Complete • Attach to Email for Assistant Director at Completion of Conference
