The Goal Pages There are 6 Different Goal Pages • 100% Graduation • English Language Arts • Mathematics • English Language Programs • Culture and Climate Goal (Student, Staff, Parent, and Community Engagement) • Social/Emotional Goal (100% Attendance, Suspension/Expulsion, and Non-Cognitive Skills)

Components of the Goal Pages Goal Page Components: • LEA Goal • Indicate all data reviewed to address this Academic Goal • Based on the data reviewed, summarize the issues affecting student proficiency in English language arts • State the School’s Measurable Objective(s) • Focus Areas • Professional Development • Effective Classroom Instruction • Interventions Beyond the Regular School Day and Other Supports • Building Parent Capacity and Partnership to Support the Academic Goal

Based on data analysis, identify a Measurable Objective (SMART) to improve the academic goal: 100% Graduation Elementary and secondary will complete this page. 13
