  4. YE1 +/- schedule: draft May 03 (assumed 3 month shift wrt v33) pivotal point is still EE/ES cable installation delay will impact HE- RBX connection

  5. YE1 cabling Proposed routings passing critical areas are worked out in detailed designs and are checked on the integration model

  6. Cabling from nose runs under ME/RE1

  7. HE-coil gap

  8. Installation Schedule of HE and ME 1/1 2002 2003 2004 2005 HE- HE+ 2 2 HE Delivery to CERN HE-1002 HE-1004 1 HE- HE+ 1 HE Assembly 2 2 HE-005 HE-006 HE Cabling&Test 1 HE-012 ME1/1 Ready for Installation ME1/1- ME1/1+ ME1/1 Assembly ME1/1- ME1/1+ MF-1014 2 MF-1010 MF-1015 1 1 ME1/1 Cabling&Test MF-071 MF-1017

  9. YE1: some possible schedule hang-ups cooled cableway design & occupancy vs time ( need cartoons of cable-way filling vs time) procurement/manufacture of remaining cableways layout of YE 1 patch panel & cable service loops RE1/1 link board boxes and cables EE/ES cooling & cable definition for pre-installation latest mid 04. electronics definition. LV & HV system definitions LV regulators (rad tolerance, operating margin, noise rejection) LV cable noise immunity/rejection Patch panel “dummies” & cable storage Can we converge on a relatively conservative scheme which meets the constraints and gets all EE/ES cables installed on YE1+ by mid-04? What part of the EE/ES services can be installed earlier than this? extra expenditure may be justified to maintain a simple SX5 sequence!

  10. Cable chains: freeze occupancy in Sept 03 Patch panel on cable chain: fix definition by Sept clear to discuss cooling, gas, inertion, sniffers, grounding, other low count HV & LV collectively oversheathed cables requiring breakout optical fibres start by confirming cable count in YE1 chain (through cabling link-person)

  11. Precabling of endcap detectors Muon Endcap 1/1 Hadron Endcap (dummy) EM endcap (dummy) Preshower who is responsible for PP definition and dummy fabrication?

  12. Preshower design 2 completely cabled 1/2 disk (radiator + Si detectors) detectors can be installed/removed without removing beampipe or moderator front & rear windows + inner drum (moderator)full disk pre-mounted before beampipe installation. --> logical time to install ES detectors is (just) after EE. Rob Loos

  13. EE/ES cable duct occupancy Studies & CTF reports by W.Funk. EMC, forces due to B-field, integration of HE & RE cables in duct?
