  4. 準備面試 http://www.ocac.gov.tw/internationalyouth/ 報名資格：（一） 年滿二十至四十五歲具有大學學歷或同等學力以上並具有中華民國國籍之國內青年，對政治、外交、戰略等國際事務相關領域有興趣者。（二） 經檢定具全民英檢中級（或其他英語檢定同等級能力）以上語文能力，對政府單位涉外事務有興趣，並具有赴美國知名學府研習暑期課程所需之英文能力者。
