Contributions Received Project Proposals • Dear Trustees / Tablers, • Greetings and Best Wishes from Round Table India Foundation. • I am pleased to present report for the month of August 2007. • During our RTI Foundation Trust meeting held on 21.07.2007 at RTI Secretariat, Trustees decided to • introduce fresh guidelines to avail Foundation funding as follows: • Round Table India Foundation and Round Table India Trust pay the sanctioned amount in full to the Tables/ Circles when the interim report along with Area Chairman's recommendation is received. In future, after receiving the interim report, RTIT will pay its share of the amount in full but RTIF will only pay 50% of its share (interim disbursement) and the remaining amount (final disbursement) will be paid only after receiving the completion report from the respective Tables/ Circles. • If a particular Table/ Circle does not send their completion report within 12 months from the date of interim disbursement, the amount already funded will be re-called by RTIF and RTIT immediately and the respective Table/ Circle will forfeit the balance amount and will be barred from Foundation funding in future. • Atleast one or two photographs accompanying the Interim report should have the pictures of Table/Circle Chairman or Vice Chairman or Secretary standing in front of the project. Foundation will not consider photographs with only structure shown in it. • The completion report submitted by the Tables/ Circles should have at least four photographs as follows: • 1) A frontage shot of the building/project • 2) A shot of the building/Project from a different angle • 3) One snap of the RTIF plaque • 4) One snap of the inauguration of the Project.  • The Trustees have agreed to extend the time for receipt of the completion report from first 18 Tables/ Circles, as presented in the annual report, to 30th September 2007. If the completion report is not received by then, the rule in para no. 2 will apply to them. • If any Area of RTI has completion reports due from more than two Tables/ Circles for more than one year from the date of interim disbursement, further applications from Tables/ Circles in that Area will not be taken up for consideration till the completion reports are received from such Tables/ Circles. The onus will be on the Area Chairman to see that the reports are received and further applications are accepted and processed by RTIF. • Highlights: • Sanction letter was sent to CRT 9 and CMRT 41. • Released grant to BMRT 129, BMLC 54, MCRT 190 & BLC 76 • Jayakumar Ramdass • Secretary, Round Table India Foundation
