Overview • Phase I objective: Compare SEEM output to billing data. • Comparison is for total heating energy (gas plus electric); • Other fuels examined in second calibration phase.* • Today’s objective: Develop SEEM input variables for RBSA manufactured homes. • Accurate site-specific values easy for some characteristics (e.g., wall insulation); • Not so easy for others (human behavior, internal gains). * Phase II will look at billing data only (no SEEM output) for homes with and without supplemental heat. Today’s work won’t affect that comparison.
