  12. Withdrawing Co-Enrolled Students When you withdraw the student, it will withdraw ALL schedule records, even those at other schools. If the student is co-enrolled at another site (PATS, Community School, George Stone,…), you MUST contact the other school and let them know what you did.

  13. When adding a student, do not key the FSNI. Let the system generate it from the SSN.

  14. If you have to correct the SSN, space out the FSNI. Contact Cheri if this student has never been reported to DOE. She can change the Alias on A04. Changing the SSN
