  4. Registration 提交申請 • 你必須於2010年12月2日﹝下午11時59分﹞前填寫／完成申請表以下各部份： • 個人資料 • 繳費 • 課程選擇

  5. My Workspace • Select and compile a DRAFT list of study programmes and KEEP FOR YOUR OWN REFERENCE. • ADD / REMOVE your programme choices. Remember to move your DRAFT programme list to a CONFIRMED programme list by clicking "Copy TO My Programme Choices".

  6. 費用 Payment 申請費 $420 2/12/2010 之前 改選 $80 4/1/2011 to 23/5/2011 (每次) AL放榜後重新排序 免費 1/7/2011 – 3/7/2011(只限一次)

  7. 繳交證書(JUPAS GUIDE P.92附錄3 ) • 其他學術成績/音樂考試證書副本 需於20/06/2011親自交給趙瑞芬老師 (JUPAS OFFICE deadline: 29/06/2011) e.g. piano (theory: >5, practical:>6) 校長加簽核實 聯招處

  8. 繳交證書(JUPAS GUIDE P.93 附錄4 ) • 自薦計劃的證書副本 需於25/02/2011親自交給趙瑞芬老師 (JUPAS OFFICE deadline: 25/2/2011) e.g.school / community service 校長加簽核實 聯招處

  9. 重要日程(JUPAS OFFICE) • 2/12/2010 聯招處截止日期 • 25/2/2011 遞交自薦計劃個人資料 • 4/1 - 23/5/2011 網上更改科目選擇 (每次 $80,可加 /減 / 取消 / 重新排次序) – 考完 AL 後 30/6/2011 AL 放榜 1-3/7/2011 免費重新排序一次 29/7/2011 JUPAS放榜,於網上公佈
