General Information Students and Parents Read Handbook Together “available on MMS website” Main Office Entrance Doors Open at 6:45 a.m. – Students may enter cafeteria at 7:00 a.m. until the first bell at 7:30 a.m. Main Office Entrance Closes at 3:45 p.m. Teacher Conferences Fall of 2019– “Electronic Sign-up” (See Second quarter Newsletter for more details) Thursday, November 7th, 3:30-7:30 p.m. Monday, November 11th, 3:30-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 13th, 3:30-7:00 p.m. Orientation and Meet and Greet 2019 Monday, August 26th Orientation 5:30 – 6:15 p.m. Meet and Greet 6:30 – 7:45 p.m.

  4. Summer School June Sessions – at Marshfield High School July Sessions – at Marshfield Middle School Check the Web Site for Course Offerings Online Registration Opens Wednesday, April 3rd, 6:00 a.m. Online Registration Closes Friday, April 26th 6:00 p.m.

Core Classes – 2 Teams • Encore Classes – WHEEL/Health/PE/Music/Foreign Languages/AgriScience • Advanced Classes – 6th grade teacher recommendations/State and Local Assessments/Careful consideration on taking multiple Advanced Courses • Support Classes/Intervention Classes/6th grade teacher recommendations/test scores Course of Study (See online handbook)

  6. Enrollment Form • Required Courses – Importance of checking Skyward • Elective Courses and Study Hall • 6 ½ credits min., 8 credits max., recommend 7 credits, 1 SH every day all year • No locker partners • Help child fill out yellow enrollment form and have to 6th grade teachers by Friday, March 8th

  7. Student Leaders/Students use iPads for Registration in their Elementary Buildings March 11, 12, 13 – Student’s Skyward account • Middle School Tours – Mid May • Orientation Monday, August 26th, 5:30-6:15 p.m. • Meet and Greet Monday, August 26th, 6:30-7:45 p.m. Follow-Up Events
