The discussion of findings does not go in this section just the facts. This is where your charts and graphs go. Conclusions Interpret the results and findings of your data analysis. Give conclusions about effectiveness. Tell what worked, what didn’t work and why. Introduction Introduce who you are (region/city/district, who your team members are and titles, where your program was at the beginning of this year, and any other information that is important to know who you are and what is your focus). It is also good to include baseline data here. Recommendations and Next Steps Discuss your recommendations based on the data and provide the next steps. Objectives Discuss what were your goals and objectives for this year Describe results here Graph or picture here with name below Methods, Activities, and Procedures Graph or picture here with title Additional information here about the authors or the name of the conference
