  1. COMPUTER GRAPHIC IN TRAINING STUDENTS WHOSE MAJOR IS SOFTWARE Yevgeny Bashkov, Donetsk National Technical University, Bashkov@pmi.dgtu.donetsk.ua Vitaly Karabchevsky, Donetsk National Technical University Karabch@pmi.dgtu.donetsk.ua

  2. COMPUTER GRAPHIC IN TRAINING STUDENTS WHOSE MAJOR IS SOFTWARE Several academic disciplines provide for graphic training of the students whose major is Software. The course Object Oriented Programming proposes studying of two-dimensional constructions in on-screen coordinate system and sprite-oriented animation. The course work on the discipline stipulates for the compulsory application of them. The course Higher Mathematics covers the matrix algebra aids necessary to study the analytical geometry basics. IEEE 2005

  3. Engineering and Computer Graphic The course is aimed at forming the understanding of correlation between the geometrical objects in space and their images on the plane. IEEE 2005

  4. Engineering and Computer Graphic The practical part of the course covers problems typically solving with descriptive geometry methods, the AutoCAD system being the tool for making research IEEE 2005

  5. The figure orthogonal projections, methods of solving of the main positional and metric tasks, polyhedral and ruled surfaces, non-ruled curved surfaces, surface points and lines definitions, the transforming methods of drawings, plane cutting of the surface, search of the piercing point of a line and surface, construction of the piercing lines of the surfaces are studied in this course with help of AutoCAD. Engineering and Computer Graphic IEEE 2005

  6. The students are offered CDs with the training complex consists of : • The set of lectures on the course of “Engineering and Computer Graphics “; • The manual to make laboratory tests on the course of “Engineering and Computer Graphics”; • The electron text-book with the theoretical materials, recommendations to the laboratory tests in the AutoCAD system and dynamic models of the geometrical objects and processes of the task solving The text-book is developed with the application of the HTML; • The system makes it possible to construct on the Monge diagram look through the results in the axonometry (PrPaint). Engineering and Computer Graphic IEEE 2005

  7. Dynamic model of the line length research Engineering and Computer Graphic IEEE 2005

  8. Engineering and Computer Graphic Dynamic model of the triangle rotation IEEE 2005

  9. Point on the sphere or no ? Engineering and Computer Graphic IEEE 2005

  10. Perpendicular from point to plane width the help of PrPaint (Stage 1) Engineering and Computer Graphic. IEEE 2005

  11. Perpendicular from point to plane width the help of PrPaint (Stage 2) Engineering and Computer Graphic. IEEE 2005

  12. Engineering and Computer Graphic. Perpendicular from point to plane width the help of PrPaint (Stage 3) IEEE 2005

  13. Perpendicular from point to plane width the help of PrPaint (Stage 4) Engineering and Computer Graphic. IEEE 2005

  14. Perpendicular from point to plane width the help of PrPaint (Stage 5) Engineering and Computer Graphic. IEEE 2005

  15. Perpendicular from point to plane width the help of PrPaint (Stage 6) Engineering and Computer Graphic. IEEE 2005

  16. Perpendicular from point to plane width the help of PrPaint (Stage 7) Engineering and Computer Graphic. IEEE 2005

  17. Graphic and Geometrical Modeling and Interactive Systems The preliminary familiarization with the AutoCAD helps to study this system tools for surface and solid-state modeling quickly enough IEEE 2005

  18. Graphic and Geometrical Modeling and Interactive Systems And to be familiar with the methods of creation of parameterized models with the application of AutoLISP IEEE 2005

  19. While studying this discipline the students do the course work the standard task of which is to develop the graphic editor for creation and visualization of the given type models . Both Open GL and Direct 3D tools as well as low level tools can be used in the course of the development. Graphic and Geometrical Modeling and Interactive Systems IEEE 2005

  20. Graphic and Geometrical Modeling and Interactive Systems IEEE 2005

  21. The course “Image Computer Synthesis and Image Processing” covers the mathematical and algorithmic basics of the construction of the synthesis systems and those of the image processing. Different methods of presentation of the scene objects and model description are examined, main conception and characteristics of the color sensing, different color spaces, elucidation model and shading functions are studied. Image Computer Synthesis and Image Processing IEEE 2005

  22. The graphic vector of training students whose major is SW allows them to be both qualified users of modern graphic and geometrical modeling systems and designers of special supplements. This makes them competitive in the labour market !!!!!! IEEE 2005
