  2. Daily Fit Log- Log IN • Go to Daily Fit Log website. https://www.dailyfitlog.com/login_form • Enter student name and password. john.doe.sms • Enter current password and new password. mm/dd/year 07122001 • Student log in: gender, birthdate, grade and year of graduation.

  3. ADD TO PE TEACHER’S CLASS • Starting page-click on My Classes. • Click BIG add button. • Select teacher. • Select section • Click Add. • Make sure class name comes up in “My Classes”

  4. Log Your Activity • Click on “Fit Log Calendar” and then click on the “Date” of the activity. • Click on “Plan New Activity” • Enter the “exercise, intensity, and time”. • If you are doing the activity one time, click “just one time” and then “plan it”. • If you are doing the activity multiple days (EX: sports practice), Click “More Than One Day”. • Then click on the days of the week that you are doing the activity and then the number of weeks that you will be doing it. Then Click “Plan it”. • After you have done the activity, log back into Daily Fit Log and click on the activity. YOU WILL NEED TO CONFIRM THAT YOU DID ALL OR PART OF YOUR ACTIVITY TO RECEIVE CREDIT.

  6. Set a goal Continued • 2. Go to Fit Log Calendar and click on today’s date. • 3. Click Select Goal • 4. Select Fitness Testing • 5. Select the test that you are Suppose to goal set for. Use the chart • 6. Select Improve by _________ . • 7. Select goal for test event. Use the chart from the previous slide. • Your new goal will scroll across the top of your calendar!!!
