  2. X300 Disassembly- I Step 1: • Remove battery • Unscrew 3 SCREWS Step 2: • Lift RECEIVER COVER

  3. X300 Disassembly- II Step 3: • Unscrew 3 SCREWS on TOP CASE Step 4: • Remove KEYSET • Detach LCD & CAMER cables.

  4. X300 Disassembly- III Step 5: • Separate MIDDLE & BASE CASE • Detach CAMERA ASSY Step 6: • Unhook PCBA from MIDDLE FRAME

  5. X300 Disassembly- IV Step 7: • Remove MIC • Tear off KEYPAD COPPER Step 8: • Unhook KEYPAD SHIELD • Detach KEYPAD

  6. X300 Disassembly- V Step 9: • Remove VIBRATOR Step 10: • Remove SPEAKER, BASE CASE SPRING

  7. X300 Disassembly- VI Step 11: • Detach ANTENNA TAPE • PRIZE ANTENNA COVER Step 12: • Unscrew 4 SCREWS • Detach LCD cable • Remove LCD

  8. X300 Disassembly- VII Step 13: • Bend TOP CASE • Dismount LCD CASE Step 14: • Remove HINGE SPRING, HINGE • Detach LCD LENS

  9. X300 Reassembly- I Step 1: • Assemble SPRING & HINGE in LCD CASE Step 2: • Hook LCD CASE to TOP CASE

  10. X300 Reassembly- II Step 3: • Locate BASE under LCD STOPPER • Adjust the HINGE to insert into TOP CASE. Step 4: • Bend TOP CASE slightly • Insert HINGE STOPPER

  11. X300 Reassembly- III Step 5: • Re-bend TOP CASE. Step 6: • Insert one end of LCD cable from gap

  12. X300 Reassembly- IV Step 7: • Insert LCD MYLAR Step 8: • Cover LCD REAR CASE • Tighten 4 SCREWS

  13. X300 Reassembly- V Step 9: • Assemble ANTENNA COVER and fix the tape end Step 10: • Mount SPEAKER • Assemble SPRING

  14. X300 Reassembly- VI Step 11: • Assemble CAREMA ASSY Step 12: • Fix CAREMA ASSY to BASE CASE

  15. X300 Reassembly- VII Step 13: • Assemble VIBRATOR Step 14: • Stick KEYPAD CABLE and align the fix positions.

  16. X300 Reassembly- VIII Step 15: • Mount KEYPAD SHIELD Step 16: • Stick KEYPAD COPPER、SPONGE • Put MIC

  17. X300 Reassembly- IX Step 17: • Put RECEIVER RUBBER • Combine PCBA and MIDDLE Step 18: • Assemble MIDDLE and BSE • Insert CAMERA cable

  18. X300 Reassembly- X Step 19: • Insert the other end of LCD cable • Mount TOP CASE Step 20: • Tighten 1 SCREW • Tighten 2 SCREWS

  19. X300 Reassembly- XI Step 21: • Mount RECEIVER COVER Step 22: • Tighten 3 SCREWS • Insert CARKIT RUBBER
