装船通知的作用. 在 FOB 、 CFR 或 FCA 、 CPT 条件下，买方与保险公司签有预保合同，货物装船后，卖方须在规定时间内（当天或第二天）向买方发装运通知，以便买方办保险，如果买方要求，可以直接发给保险公司。在 CIF 条件下，保险由卖方办理，此时，发装船通知，主要供买方做好接货准备或筹措资金。信用证通常要求装船通知的复印件作为议付单据之一。. 二、发出装船通知的方式： FAX 、 TELEX 、 CABLE 、 REGISTERED AIRMAIL 、 COURIER OR EXPRESS （ EMS/ DHL ）

  1. 装船通知的作用 • 在FOB、CFR 或FCA、CPT 条件下，买方与保险公司签有预保合同，货物装船后，卖方须在规定时间内（当天或第二天）向买方发装运通知，以便买方办保险，如果买方要求，可以直接发给保险公司。在CIF 条件下，保险由卖方办理，此时，发装船通知，主要供买方做好接货准备或筹措资金。信用证通常要求装船通知的复印件作为议付单据之一。

  2. 二、发出装船通知的方式：FAX、TELEX、CABLE、REGISTERED AIRMAIL、COURIER OR EXPRESS（ EMS/ DHL） • Shipment advice must be sent by telex to XXX • Insurance Co. ( Telex No. 11125 sanaa) with details of shipment including value, name of vessel and date of shipment quoting their policy No. H/MAR/23371. copy of this telex to be presented with documents upon negotiation. • 三、发出装船通知的时间不能超出信用证规定的时限，如信用证规定“ within two days after shipment ”,假如提单日期为21日，最晚发电时间不能超过23日午夜12点。如信用证规定“ immediately after shipment”,应在提单日后3天内发出装船通知。
