  12. Scenario You have been asked to plan a trip to a visitor attraction to celebrate the end of your course. You need to plan a trip that is cost effective and within two hours driving distance, so that the trip is viable in a day. You must take in to consideration your target market, transport, facilities & convenience.

  13. Task 1 You need to complete the questions in Moodle under unit 19, labelled task 1.1 to identify the most suitable attraction for a given customer type. You must provide three different types of attraction for each customer type to show your understanding.

Task 2 Part 1:2.1 In teams of four you need to plan and deliver your idea for a day trip to a visitor attraction You must present your idea to the group using PowerPoint covering the content listed in the evidence checklist box 1 You can even add video links of your attraction to gain interest When planning your trip you must think about the constraints that may impact your trip

  16. You will need to take in to consideration: • Distance • Journey time • Departure time • Arrival time • Cost • Transport • Entrance fees • Indoor/Outdoor environment
