  3. What is a medium arch? • Pronation • You can wear almost any shoe • Most common foot arch type • This arch absorbs the majority of the shock of impact while walking, jumping or running.

Medium arch injuries • heel pain • ball-of-foot discomfort • Most common type of arch; not many injuries occur. • The most common cause of having injuries or discomfort in medium arch feet is because of wearing the improper shoes. These can be fixed by buying the right shoes, especially when running or exercising.

  5. What type of shoes are best for medium arch? • This foot type is best suited for Stability shoes and Motion Control shoes. • These shoes have firmer medial support devices and flatter soles. • Nike Lunarglide+ 5’s are stability shoes.
