  2. CAREER BROCHURE PROJECT 1. Choose a career to explore. For this project we ask that you don't pick professional athlete. 2. Save the career links to your own file: http://www.somervillenjk12.org/Page/3218 3.Use the resource list to find out information about your chosen career. You will have books available also. 4. Fill in the graphic organizer with the information that you have discovered. 5. Make sure that you have your facts or bullets approved by Mrs. Robinson or Mrs. Lazarus before you write your paragraphs. Remember to check a book and website for information.

  3. CREATE A CAREER BROCHURE 1.Now take a look at the template for the career brochure that you saved to your own network file. The template shows where certain pieces of information belong on the brochure. 2. Open up a six panel brochure in Microsoft Publisher. 3. Using the information from your completed graphic organizer, fill in the brochure panels following the template example. 4. When you are done filling in the information you may add pictures and graphics that reflect your career. 5. Check over your rubric and make improvements if necessary. Print when instructed to do so.
