  1. Pharmacy 429 Final Lab Exam November 19, 2002 • 1hour and 20 minutes • Includes: • 15minutes = patient interview (5 minute travel time) • 1hour = Identify 3 most important DRP’s and write up 1 pharmacy care plan for the MOST important DRP that you identify.

  2. Final Lab Exam Assessment • Patient Interview includes • Clinical skills assessment • Write up • Assessment of ability to identify, prioritize, and clearly write 3 DRP’s. • Assessment of ability to prepare a Pharmacy Care Plan (for most important DRP).

  3. Scheduling • The Final Lab Exam will start at 9:00am for the first 15 students (and will run until 1:30pm) • Every 20 minutes thereafter, a new group of students will start their patient interview. • A schedule of your start time is posted on the PPL bulletin board now

  4. Reminders • BE SURE TO BE AT THE PPL 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR ASSIGNED INTERVIEW TIME. • IF YOU ARE LATE FOR YOUR PATIENT INTERVIEW YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO THE LAB EXAM AND WILL HAVE FORFEITED THE EXAM. • No talking is allowed at anytime during the exam except during your role play.
