Leadership Link Overview • About Leadership Link: • Speaker Series event designed to further develop Crewleaders’ leadership skills, build relationships, and reinforce culture • Is based on one of the Company’s five Principles of Leadership • Background of May 1, 2007 event: • Featured Dave Riveness of Corporate Jester and focused on the ‘Do The Right Thing’ Principle • Interactive and engaging training session customized for JetBlue • Two sessions held with 50+ Crewleaders in attendance at each

Evaluation Strategy for Leadership Link • Survey administered via handouts at end of event • Event is evaluated in the following areas: • Speaker: credibility, strengths, areas of improvement • Environment: general, atmosphere created by speaker • Projected impact: i.e., “What percent of new skills learned do you estimate to apply on the job?” • Open-ended questions on speaker, portion of event that is most applicable to role, general feedback • Responses entered into online database for analysis and reporting

Evaluation Results: Rating Questions • 100% response rate from participants • 99% of participants answered “strongly agree” or “agree” (56% and 43% respectively) to “I will be able to apply the knowledge and skills learned during this event to my job.” • 100% of participants answered “strongly agree” or “agree” (87% and 13% respectively) to “This event was time well spent.” • 100% of participants answered “strongly agree” or “agree” (80% and 20% respectively) to “I consider the speaker to be a credible source of information.” • 99% of participants answered “strongly agree” or “agree” (61% and 38% respectively) to “The information presented at this event enhanced my understanding of the Principles of Leadership.”
