  1. President’s Goals & Objectives 2009 - 2010

  2. Provide leadership and oversight as the College continues to enter into the realm of a regional community college.

  3. Provide leadership during the transition phase of Institutional Advancement and the Foundation.

  4. Serve as College’s lead spokesperson, using a variety of media and/or platforms to accomplish this role.

  5. Strengthen College as a student- centered, teaching institution.

  6. Expand leadership capacity at the Pennsylvania Commission for Community Colleges as well as the Western Pennsylvania Community College Resource Consortium.

  7. Maintain sound fiscal condition of the College during these unique economic times.

  8. 2009-10 BC3 Funding Sources

  9. Budget Concerns for 2009-10 • If the County does not pay back its $1 million deferment. • If the State cuts a percentage of our funding. • If the State eliminates grant programs. • If the State does not settle budget until the end of the calendar year.
