Technology Owns the architecture and designs, builds, and operates processes across BT, working with all CFUs. CFUs own the customer and determine channel, sales and service and drive performance. Openreach operates the fixed access network for all its customers with greater strategic and operational independence, taking into account the overall BT strategic framework Strategy & Transformation have BT-wide accountability for developing strategy, platform proposition and driving transformation initiatives.
