Aims: • Provide a forum for discussion, networking, sharing good practice & partnership working • Ensure that network member are informed of  mental health national & local good practice, strategy, & policy to support service delivery in line with countywide priorities • Identify members training & support needs & develop, deliver training & support programmes, to build the capacity of member organisations

Review 2008 : Members Told Us: • Accessibility • Responsiveness • Member led approach • Open and honest communication • Improved knowledge of mental health • Improved networking opportunities • Increased training opportunities • Raised organisational VCS profile • Improved ability to signpost and refer across sectors

Where Next ? • Set out with some aims and have achieved them • There is now an opportunity to work in a different way • The Network needs to develop to respond to the new h&well-being agenda • Commissioners need to invest in services that enhance the outcomes for service users • New Horizons – Over to Sue
