  2. What is Fossil Fuel? Did you ever go to a factory with black smoke coming out of it? If you did, that smoke is the burning of fossil fuels, a type of nonrenewable energy. Fossil fuels are made from the remains of animals and plants a long time ago. Different fossil fuels are created by different plants and animals. People dug up these resources and burned them to make energy.

  3. Environmental problem caused by nonrenewable energy Nonrenewable energy is a big problem with destroying the earth, because people keep using the fossil fuel’s energy faster than the earth can produce them. 70% of our energy is produced by the burning fossil fuels. Fossil fuels such as coal, natural gas and oil are nonrenewable. That means once it is used we can’t use them again.

  4. Why do people use nonrenewable energy? People use nonrenewable energy because they think that using nonrenewable energy is the fastest way of producing energy. Also people who are selling the oil can make lots of money.

  5. Are there any solutions to stop using nonrenewable energy? Don’t panic! The answer is YES! There are other solutions to not use nonrenewable energy. You can use solar power, nuclear power, wind and water energy. So use these solutions and save the Earth!
