  2. Dinosaurs lived on Earth for millions of years, long before humans.

  3. They lived during the Mesozoic Era, the «Age of Reptiles».

  4. This Mesozoic Era included the periods Triassic Jurassic Cretaceous

  5. The first dinosaurs appeared 250-200 million years ago during the Triassic period.

  6. Next came the Jurassic period, between 200-140 million years ago. Herbivores like the Stegosaurus lived during this time.

  7. The last period was the Cretaceous period which started 140million years ago. Carnivores like the T-Rex and the Velociraptor lived during this time. Carnivores Velociraptor T-Rex

  8. The Cretaceous period ended 65 million years ago when dinosaurs mysteriously became extinct.
