  22. 1 Board Structure The Launcher Board is known as the beginners board, that requires a member to find a minimum of 6 people to join the business and experience the phenomenon products. The Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond Board are exactly the same as Launcher board, but requires the up line encourage their downline to follow them onto which ever board they are in. If all members do their minimum duties, everyone will enjoy MANNA on earth.

  28. Platinum Board The Platinum Board is different from the previous boards, through the structure and the payout. Level 1 A member can only join this board once they have launched out of the Diamond Board, and receive a payout of R 300 000. Level 2 Level 3 Once level 1 of the Platinum Board is filled 4 members, the member at the top then launches out with a total of R4 million. And that’s not all, you get a re-entry into the Platinum board for you to make another R4million over and over again.

  34. Platinum Board Example R4 million The Platinum Board is different from the previous boards, through the structure and the payout. A member can only join this board once they have launched out of the Diamond Board. Once level 1 of the Platinum Board is filled 4 members, the member at the top then launches out with a total of R4 million.   36. Rules of the trade Jump over system Follow the leader Spill over The follow the leader system ensures that all members follow their upline to any new board. This means that all members will follow their up lines to which ever board their leaders fall in. The Jump Over system allows active members who have 6 members to Jump over an inactive member who has less than 6 members present on the board . The spill over system enables a qualified up line to attach an extra member to a downline that is battling to find the required 6 members. This ensures success in the up lines business.

  37. 2 PBD- Paid By Downline • This is the biggest form of payment offered to members • This payment is active from the launcher board • The payment rewards and motivates the introducer for spreading good about the discount products the company offers and instilling leadership to their downline. • Each PBD rank pays out a specific percentage to the upline. • An example is shown in the next slide to show how this works!!

  40. 3 Card Benefits Each member will be issued with a Lifestyle debit card, immediately after joining the company that can be used on anything and anywhere a MasterCard sign is present. This Debit card will be one of the payment tools a client can use. The Lifestyle Card is a gateway to the vast shopping discounts, Travel deals and car rental deals that the company has negotiated on behalf of the members. Our members will receive a 10 % discount on any purchase, at any of our affiliated stores

  41. 4 Incentives Manna has designed an incentive plan to reward the strong and determined Leader as well as their downline. Incentives only take effect for members who have launched out of the following boards. Silver Board Gold Board Diamond Board This is a token of reward from the company for excellent performance. These incentives will be handed out at our Launch Later next year.

  42. Silver Board All Members who launch out of the silver board will qualify for a brand new Blackberry Curve 8520 smart phone, which will be awarded to them at our Launch later next year

  43. Gold Board All members who launch out of the Gold board will be awarded with a brand new APPLE I Pad which will be awarded to qualifiers the launch next year.

  44. Diamond Board When a member launch’s out of the Diamond board, they will be entitled to an international trip to a predetermined destination (accommodation and flight costs paid) and a brand New luxurious Mercedes E class 200 which will be awarded at the company launch next year

  45. How Do I Become a Member? • Any South African over the age of 18 can become a distributor. All you have to do is visit our website and click the “Become a distributor” tab, follow the prompts, complete the requested information and pay a membership fees of R2500.00 into our business account. A receipt (proof of payment) will then be generated in your back office. The membership fees give you the following: • Manna Master card • Annual access to discounted travel packages • Access to back office • Access to your booking portal for discounted holidays and trips, • A website that allows you to monitor the growth of your network • Business presentation to assist you to introduce the business to other people
