    3. History & Who we are. Established may 2003 by three experienced and qualified entrepreneurs: Lars Gaute Bø. 20 years in management and sales of seals and gasket products. Bjørn Laland. 30 years in sales, logistics, QA/HSE and administrative management. Bernt Ove Grude 28 years in offshore maintenance, purchasing and sales.

    4. History & Who we are. Located at Klepp close to Sola airport. Steady growth Nearly NOK 1.5 Mill turnaround in 2003. Exceeded NOK 36 Mill turnaround in 2008. Exceeded NOK 50 Mill turnaround in 2009. Increased headcount from 3 to 9 in this period. Established several frame agreements with major Customers. Continued growth & expansion in 2010.

    11. Subdrill manufactures and supplies a range of high quality subsea and drilling equipment to the oil and gas industry. Subdrill products include Sub-X Wellhead & BOP Gaskets, MS-V Mud Saver Range (mud buckets), DSV Test Stand and Side Entry Sub. In addition to Subdrill’s proprietary products, they stock products by American Block, Drillmax, Global Manufacturing and CLARE (grease & lubricants).     16. To ensure a continued high level of service to our Customers, expansion in space and services has been initiated. A new 2500sqm building was built 2008/2009. Incorporated in the facilities will be production of seals with machining of steel parts, expanded warehouse & stock, offices and meeting rooms. Norwegian Seals Course - and Competence centre has already been established. Development department of new sealing technology in close co-operation with Norwegian R&D institutes. Establishment of additional manufacturing, machining & engineering services. Merger with a high quality machine & engineering company in the UK. Establishment of a wider third party network of machining suppliers. The Future
