  2. 2013-14 > Where are we? • Emphasize the ‘why’ of giving to TRF • Focused on realistic Club Foundation Goals • Re-activated the Foundation Advocates • Kick-started the Paul Harris Society • Energized Foundation Events • Changed format for Features Newsletter • Created a Club Foundation EREY presentation • Increased District Grant funds from $46,000 to $117,000 • *EOY contributions – Go For The Gold

Getting Ready > 2014-15 • Pre PETS – 11 Jan 14 (Done) • DTTS – 7-8 Feb 14 • Planning, Organizing, Coordinating, and Committing • PETS – 27 Feb/1 March 14 • Set Club Foundation Goal for 2014-15 • Develop Plan for a District Grant • Grant Management Seminar (GMS) – 5 April 14 • For all Clubs considering taking part in a Global Grant • District Assembly – GMS #2 – 26 April 14 • District Grant Applications Due – 30 April 14 • Spending Plan sent to TRF – 31 May 14

Foundation Events 2014 • 17/23 July – America’s favorite summer past time • Jump-start Rotary year with two PolioPlus baseball games (Richmond – 17 July) (Norfolk – 23 July) • 2 August – Gear-up for the Rotary year • Membership/Foundation Workshop (Williamsburg) • XX September – School’s started • Interact/Rotaract purple pinkie (District event) • 10-12 October – Light Up Rotary Celebration • Special Premiere of the Alumni Society Players • 13 November – Foundation Awards Time • Friends of the Foundation / Foundation Banquet
