  1. Zumba Classes for Women A dance fitness format based on Latin dance styles like salsa, cumbia and merengue. It also includes world rhythms like Belly dancing, Bhangra, Bollywood, English pop and many more. You do not need to be a trained dancer to enjoy this class. Non dancers are also welcomed anytime. It is a fun way to shape up and make new friends and have a blast while working out. Intensity varies from low to medium to high. So everyone and anyone can join. PILATES
