GO!VBX Add-on Features/Services ACD • ACDs are created at the group level, but the service is licensed at the user level • Before agents can be assigned to an ACD of a given type they need to be assigned the corresponding ACD Agent service license • Supervisors do not need an ACD Agent license * Premium Port (GO!VBX), or Professional or Receptionist Seat (GO!VBX Managed) is required for ACD Standard Agents, ACD Premium Agents, and Call Center Supervisors.
