  1. DOG BREEDS GOOD WITH CHILDREN

  2. Golden Retriever • The Golden Retriever is a medium-sized breed of dog. It came from Scotland. The official color of the breed is the varying shades of gold that are most often seen. The golden retriever has a dense inner coat that provides it with adequate warmth. The Golden Retriever is the most intelligent and easiest to train of all dog breeds! He learns new commands quicker than any other breed, which makes him very easy to train.

  3. Cocker Spaniel • Cocker Spaniel refers to two modern breeds of dogs The American and The English Cocker spaniel.   Both breeds share similar coat colors and health issues with a few exceptions. They love people and crave attention and affection from their masters. They will eat anything and everything in sight, and may try to steal your (and your children's) food. These are loyal, loving, sensitive little dogs who make great companions!

  4. Airedale Terrier • The Airedale Terrier (often shortened to "Airedale") is a breed of the terrier type that originated in Airedale, a geographic area in Yorkshire, England. In the United Kingdom this breed has been used as a police dog. They enjoy doing most anything you do: hiking, jogging, backpacking, canoeing, camping, and agility. They are loyal, devoted, and protective, and will bark when someone approaches the door. They are excellent watch dogs!

  5. Chihuahua • This is the smallest breed of dog and is so named for the state of Chihuahua in Mexico. Chihuahuas come in a wide variety of sizes, head shapes, colors and coat lengths. He eats very little and takes up very little space. He's craves your affection and close physical contact (pats, rubs and scratches). He's very alert and will sound the alarm if a stranger approaches or enters your home. He shivers when he's excited, frightened, or cold. He's one of the top 20 most popular dog breeds.
