  7. Telecommuting Proposals • 28 members in pilot project • Examining and CMO Proposed Pilot: 80 staff members Claims Case Assembly CMO

  8. Cost Effective • Lease Expenses • Utilities • Office furniture • Shared workstations • Reduce office size The challenge is obtaining appropriate laptops to meet Board needs.
