  6. Instruments for Analysis • Spectrometer • CuVer I Copper Reagent Powder Pillows • Water/Copper Samples Bicinchoninate Method

  7. Step by Step Analysis 1. Select Test 2. Fill a cell with 10mL of sample 3. Add one CuVer 1 Copper Reagent powder pillow to the already prepared water sample cell. Simply swirl to mix. 4. Start a timer on the spectrometer for 2 minutes. 5. When the timer expires, fill another cell sample with 10mL of same sample. 6. Insert the blank into the cell holder. 7. Zero the instrument so that the display shows 0.00mg/L 8. Within 30 minutes of above sample made, insert the other prepared sample into cell holder. Results will be shown.
