Office of Capital Improvement Programming (STIP, TCRP, Bond) Office Chief(Supervising TE)Kurt Scherzinger Transit & Program Management Facilitates (lead role) CTC related transit activities funded with PTA, TCRP, Transit Bond or other state transit funding sources. Work cooperatively with Divisions of Mass Transit and Rail to complete these items. Statewide role. General office support activities. Major Functions: Facilitation, development, and review of CTC monthly book items. Support services for Roads & Highway Liaisons and Program Development and Analysis Branch. Roads & Highways District Liaisons Area project experts and points of contact regarding programming disposition all on-system (Caltrans or LCO) STIP, TE, CMIA, 99 Bond, TCRP, or other [non-SHOPP] state funded projects. Facilitation and review of off-system local road programming related activities. Major Functions: Development and/or review of CTC monthly related book items such as project amendments, allocations, extensions, etc. regarding above project types. Project specific assistance during STIP Program Development. Program Development & Analysis Branch Lead staff regarding Program Development and ad-hoc analysis activities. This includes the ITIP and ITIP TE and other new programs (Bond or otherwise). Major Functions: Coordinate ITIP development activity. Serve as ITIP TE liaison. Work with CTIPS and other data resources to conduct specific analysis (ie checkbook, etc). Process development and tools coordinator. TCRP Annual & Progress Reports.
