World Health Organization (WHO) declared it as a global pandemic, that has taken the lives of lakhs of people globally. WHO also abbreviated it as COVID-19 where, 'CO' stands for 'corona,' 'VI' for 'virus,' and 'D' for disease and '19' for 2019.
