Mission-It is my firm belief that professional Systems and work culture can make substantial difference to performance .The purpose of management is to get extraordinary performance from ordinary people formation- Kanade Consultants as a consultancy in management was founded by Mr C.G. Kanade- 1991 after a very successful career at senior management level in BLUE STAR LTD and Hindustan Computers LTD where he is worked as All India Manager And Regional Manager respectively . He is a Master of Science with a diploma in Marketing Management. journey- We believe that the journey is as important as goal or destination and you become seasoned through your initial spadework and struggle. In the initial years we took up geographic expansion projects involving large scale recruitment ,orientation and training of personnel . Recruitment at regional level was done using local population and new regional offices were opened at respective metros. The companies who took our services received good returns and employee stability for a long period . We also effectively developed ” Walk in “ Interview and rapid selection techniques When we were called upon to recruit large team of technical people at junior level. We designed our ads using “clip arts” and received overwhelming response . We have designed Tests and procedures to quickly evaluate candidates on performance during high stress conditions . SERVICES–Reengineering organisation structure , employee training and development , Performance review , systems and procedures etc. Training Courses-Sales basic, Advance sales, Sales management ,Telemarketing, Customer service , Letter writing, Interviewing skills, etc. .
