  2. Understanding the meaning of curriculum It can be defined as A Race Course or Run Way, as it is derived from the Latin word Curricere. In education it is also known as Work Field of Student. Course means curriculum and race is referred to the student activities. In simple terms it is called a course of study. Curriculum is a tool used by teachers to mould students in accordance with the objects in the school.

  3. Concept of curriculum It is the dynamic change that occurs in a society. To make it restricted it is viewed as a listing of subjects taught in the school. It is also referred to as a total learning experience of individuals in the school and society. It is a systematic group of courses for graduation or certification or a general overall plan of study material that the school/college provides the students.
